All returns must be within 30 days and are subject to a restocking fee. A return authorization number must be obtained first from our office. A 50% handling and restocking fee will be assessed for returned items, unless you have made other arrangements with us. All return shipments must be prepaid by the customer. There are no refunds on shipping. All returned items must be in as-new condition in original packaging. Products that have been installed onto a vehicle will not be accepted for return under any condition. Please note that some products (like turbo kits, spare ECUs, wheels, exhausts, or special order products) are non-returnable or refundable.
All products are in good condition when it leaves our shipping department. If a part is lost or damage in shipment, you should immediately notify our office in Las Vegas beside the carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc...). All merchandise is shipped and insured for full value and the responsibility for proper delivery is upon the carrier. Don't return any damage products to us without prior notification.
OBD Performance does not make any claims as to emission performance for street or highway use. Some of our products are not sold for street use in any state or country where state or federal regulations prohibit the use of the product. Some items listed in our catalog are only for off road use, and OBD Performance do not make any claims for street legal use of these products on any public road. All OBD Performance products, software & hardware and work, are the property of OBD Performance in USA or OBD Tuning GmbH in Germany. We are not responsible for any kind of errors on our web sites. OBD Performance encourage everybody to take lessons by a local driving or racing school before testing our performance products in any car. Drive carefully and always use your seat belt!
All the products on our web sites are warranted to be free from defects in the materials and workmanship prior to installation. This warranty does not cover labor, misuse and faulty installation, failure of related parts or parts purchased other than from us. Please call for specific warranty information on each product. Each manufacturer may supply different timeframes and warranties for their products. OBD Performance has is one of the few tuning companies to offer a limited warranty to our end user consumers protecting you from any damages as a result of OBD Performance software.
If there is an unreasonable delay in the shipment, will you be notified for the approximate shipping date. Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer.
We accept these cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and lastly we also accept payment over PayPal (contact us for information about our PayPal account).
All products we ship to all customers will have a handling fee. The fee schedule is as follows: any purchase under $500 will have a $5 handling fee, any purchase over $500 and will have a $10 handling fee.
Shipper policy states that all packages require a signature before it is released. It is up to your individual shipper driver’s discretion if he feels comfortable leaving the package or not. All shipments with a value over $1000 require a signature. Some shipments are drop shipped and may take up to 2 weeks to arrive at destination. All orders except from ECU upgrades will be sent via UPS ground service (domestic), unless otherwise specified. All ECU orders are shipped via UPS Next Business Day service (domestic) unless otherwise specified. No orders will be shipped to P.O., APO or FPO Boxes. Orders are normally processed the within two business days on receipt of order to us. After carrier attempts to deliver the merchandise three times, the order will be returned to us, and will only be reshipped at the buyer’s expense. All products are shipped FOB origin Las Vegas, USA unless drop shipped from a manufacturer.
OBD Performance or OBD Tuning does not sell, rent, trade, or loan our customer's names, VIN number, email address or any other type of personal information. You will only receive information from us, detailing new products, tracking numbers for shipment, or new features on our web sites.
